Progress Update! Site Renovation & Program Updates

The site hase been updated to reflect only the projects currently under significant development.

We're always working on several projects, but only the ones on the top burners shall be on the top of the project pages. However, news updates will occassionally reflect the other projects. We're a bit spartan with the news releases, but be assured hard work continues behind the scenes.

Often project members who have made commitments to the projects drop out, and so projects that would otherwise see progress have to be put on the backburner until the positions can be filled. Every effort is made to see that these projects will be of the highest quality when released, so every effort is made to see that our contributers can keep up a high level of output. In time, the results of this will be seen in the final program releases, and I know everyone will be quite pleased with the results.

The public forum is not open at this time, we had some forum hacks by spammers, and have had to shut it down.

Website Launch!

The website Independent Creations of the Wind (www.gameperfection.com) is launched!

Right now we're hard at work on the game, 'The Shrine' an anime visual novel. The Shrine is a wonderful game, with involved plot, deep characters, and suspense and love mixed in. It's about a young man coming of age, growing up at his family's shrine. He encounters mysterious spirits, terrible secrets, and true love, but his path in life is determined by you.

Independent Creations of the Wind, ICW for short, is my website, I'm an IT professional and now also an independent game developer, and this is my starting out in game creation. I've had several games in design for the past two years, and several new projects started since then as well. These projects are now coming close enough to release that I feel a website launch is merited. As these games are released, I hope you will play them and find these games interesting and fun.

Recruitment:

Right now artists and musicians with the time and desire to work hard on any of the projects listed on the projects page are being recruited. Take a look at the games in development and decide if you would like to join in on their creation! If you're a game programmer, I largely do the programming, but if you're very gung-ho feel free to get in touch with me.

If you'd like to do some beta testing, see the beta testing post on the forums.

The Future:

Also, previews of the games in design are featured both on the front and projects page.  Look forwards to great games in the future folks.
